General Terms and Conditions Camping Rocco

Booking and Payment

  • Final Contract: The booking is only final after written (email) confirmation from the campsite and after receipt of the (down) payment.

  • Payment terms: Deposit 50% upon booking and 50% within 4 weeks before departure

  • Prices include VAT, but exclude tourist tax (to be paid locally) and additional energy costs.


Cancellation

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival: 15% of the rental fee. Within 1 month: 90% of the rental fee.

  • We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival and Departure (Check-in and Check-out)

  • Arrival time: Camping guests with their own tent, camper, or caravan are welcome from 11:00 AM on the day of booking. Tent renters are welcome from 12:00 PM.

  • Departure time: The place/accommodation must be left empty and tidy before 10am on the day of departure.

  • Returns: Guests are required to leave the rental property or pitch in its original condition (broom clean). This will be checked upon check-out.

  • You must always check in and out with the camping host or reception


Use and Regulations

  • House rules: The guest is obliged to comply with the rules of the campsite (See the camping rules form on the website)

  • Capacity: It is prohibited to occupy the booked place/accommodation with more people than agreed.

  • Damage: The guest is liable for any damage to the rented property (bungalow/teepee) or the campsite caused by him/her or his/her travel companions.

  • Transfer to Third Parties: The pitch or bungalow/teepee may only be used by third parties with the written permission of the campsite owner.


Liability

  • Camping Liability: The campsite is not liable for accidents, theft, or damage on the premises, unless this is the direct result of a shortcoming attributable to the campsite.

  • Force Majeure: The campsite is not liable for damage or consequences of extreme weather conditions or other forms of force majeure (such as power failures, natural disasters).
